MISSION
The mission of House of HOPE is to provide a comprehensive, wrap-around program that moves individuals from homelessness and/or chemical dependency to independence; infusing them with productivity and sustainability as they realize their full potential.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES
House of HOPE’s goals are to empower, enlighten, and enrich men (and women in the future) whose lives have been shattered because of homelessness and/or substance abuse.
The project’s fundamental objectives are: Enabling men (and women in the future) who are striving to re-enter society due to homelessness, release from prison and/or substance abuse to their full potential.
THE NEED
House of HOPE is seeking support to build, fill to capacity, expand and duplicate a sustainable, pro-active, team-based, and evidence-based transitional home.
It will be a care provider for the homeless, chemically dependent and the underserved in San Bernardino County, California (San Bernardino County is the largest county in California and the US).
