The mission of House of HOPE is to provide a comprehensive, wrap-around program that moves individuals from homelessness and\/or chemical dependency to independence; infusing them with productivity and sustainability as they realize their full potential.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

House of HOPE\u2019s goals are to empower, enlighten, and enrich men (and women in the future) whose lives have been shattered because of homelessness and\/or substance abuse.

The project\u2019s fundamental objectives are: Enabling men (and women in the future) who are striving to re-enter society due to homelessness, release from prison and\/or substance abuse to their full potential.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

THE NEED<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

House of HOPE is seeking support to build, fill to capacity, expand and duplicate a sustainable, pro-active, team-based, and evidence-based transitional home.

It will be a care provider for the homeless, chemically dependent and the underserved in San Bernardino County, California (San Bernardino County is the largest county in California and the US).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
